Coepi LLC (“Coepi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website coepi.co (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our Site, use our services, or otherwise interact with us. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

We may collect information you voluntarily submit, including but not limited to:

  • Name, email address, phone number, and company name (via our contact and consultation booking forms)
  • Any message content or project details you include in form submissions

3.1 Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

3.2 Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel)

We use the Meta Pixel, a tracking tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel collects:

  • Conversion actions (e.g., form submissions, button clicks)

3.3 Google Tag Manager (GTM)

We use Google Tag Manager to manage and deploy analytics and marketing tags on our Site. GTM itself does not collect personal data but facilitates the loading of tags that may do so (such as GA4 and Meta Pixel described above). All tags deployed through GTM respect the cookie consent preferences you set on our Site.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our Site and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us at legal@coepi.co, and we will promptly delete it.

10. Texas Privacy Rights (TDPSA)

If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), effective July 1, 2024, provides you with specific rights regarding your personal data. Coepi respects these rights and provides the following disclosures:

10.1 Your Rights Under the TDPSA

As a Texas consumer, you have the right to:

  • Access: Confirm whether we are processing your personal data and access that data
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data
  • Deletion: Request deletion of personal data you have provided or that we have obtained
  • Data Portability: Obtain a copy of your personal data in a portable, readily usable format
  • Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising: Opt out of the processing of your personal data for purposes of targeted advertising
  • Opt-Out of Sale: Opt out of the sale of your personal data (note: Coepi does not sell personal data)
  • Opt-Out of Profiling: Opt out of profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects

10.2 How to Exercise Your Rights

To submit a verifiable consumer request, please contact us at legal@coepi.co with the subject line “TDPSA Privacy Request.” We will respond to your request within 45 days. If we need additional time, we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.

10.3 Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your TDPSA rights. We will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised your privacy rights.

10.4 Appeal Process

If we decline to take action on your request, you may appeal our decision by contacting us at legal@coepi.co with the subject line “TDPSA Appeal.” If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General to submit a complaint at texasattorneygeneral.gov.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.
