To submit a verifiable consumer request, please contact us at legal@coepi.co with the subject line “TDPSA Privacy Request.” We will respond to your request within 45 days. If we need additional time, we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.
10.3 Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your TDPSA rights. We will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised your privacy rights.
10.4 Appeal Process
If we decline to take action on your request, you may appeal our decision by contacting us at legal@coepi.co with the subject line “TDPSA Appeal.” If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General to submit a complaint at texasattorneygeneral.gov.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.
